Blueberry Banana & Coconut Smoothie BowlPrint Recipe
- 3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon canned coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Top with your favourite toppings! I used coconut, and fresh berries.
