Personal Pancakes

Sometimes I just want to make pancakes for breakfast. Just for me. A single serving of pancakes.

This recipe is a great way to get your pancake fix in on a weekday and making breakfast feel just a bit more special. They are full of whole grains from the oats, filling, and satisfying. Top with your fave toppings!

Personal Pancakes

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 5


  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • pinch of baking powder

  • Toppings:
  • Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • fresh raspberries
  • coconut



In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until combined.


Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a spritz of cooking spray or 1/2 teaspoon oil. Cook pancake as a single giant pancake, or divide batter into 3 pancakes on frying pan. Cook for ~2 minutes per side or until golden.


Top with your favourite toppings!
