Blueberry Banana & Coconut Smoothie Bowl

  • 3/4 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon canned coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)



Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.


Top with your favourite toppings! I used coconut, and fresh berries.
