With the whole world staying home and isolating, there hasn’t been a day that has gone by in the last few weeks where I haven’t baked SOMETHING.I’m finding it quite relaxing to tune out of all of the media and focus on something that I have control over. There has been a lot of cookies floating around our house. Dangerous, but oh so fun.
These Snickerdoodle cookies have a surprise ingredient. Turmeric! The cookies look completely unassuming, but the fresh turmeric gives them this amazing red colour when you break the cookies open!
Give them a try!
